I take great pleasure in serving as the Chairman of Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA). The institution was founded with a strong vision to uplift the standard of living of people from rural and underserved areas through quality technical education. KCEA has evolved out of this noble aspiration and continues to progress steadily with a clear sense of purpose and direction.

With well-defined goals and a commitment to excellence, KCEA is confidently leaping forward into the next decade. Over the years, we have successfully overcome several challenges that many rural engineering institutions continue to face. I am proud to state that KCEA has been successful in attracting and retaining highly qualified faculty, including academicians with IIT backgrounds and senior professionals from reputed organizations such as DRDO, who are rendering their valuable services to the institution.
KCEA is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ Grade, which stands as a testament to the institution’s quality standards, robust academic processes, and commitment to continuous improvement.

At KCEA, we strongly believe in the holistic development of students. Our nation requires youth who possess strong technical competence, effective leadership qualities, and a deep sense of human values and ethics. To nurture such energetic and responsible youth, the institution has taken several initiatives, including the establishment of a Research and Development Cell in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation, active NCC and NSS units for both boys and girls, and the introduction of digital classrooms with modern infrastructure.

One of our immediate objectives is to achieve Total Quality Management (TQM) at both institutional and individual levels, encompassing faculty members as well as students. NBA accreditation is a key milestone in this journey. With the institution already being ISO 9001:2008 certified and supported by the strong foundation of NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation, we are confident that, with collective effort from all stakeholders, these goals can be achieved.

Greater expectations and bigger goals lie ahead. Enriched by our experiences, let us move forward with enthusiasm, commitment, discipline, and loyalty. I urge our students to remain focused on academics, adhere to safety norms at all times, and make the best use of the opportunities provided.
