Admission Guidelines

The following guidelines are to be followed for admission into B.Tech and MBA programmes at Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA). All admissions are governed by the rules and regulations of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) and the Government of Telangana.

General Admission Guidelines

  • Admissions are made strictly as per merit, reservation norms, and eligibility criteria prescribed by JNTUH and the Government of Telangana.
  • Admission is provisional and subject to confirmation by JNTUH.
  • Candidates must produce original certificates along with required photocopies at the time of admission.
  • Suppression or submission of false information will lead to cancellation of admission at any stage.
  • Once admitted, students shall be governed by the rules, regulations, and academic calendar of JNTUH and KCEA.

Guidelines for B.Tech Admissions

  • Candidates must have qualified in TG EAPCET and fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed by JNTUH.
  • Category-A seats are filled through centralized counseling conducted by the Convener, TG EAPCET.
  • Category-B seats are filled as per Government and University norms.
  • Seat allotment is based on rank, reservation policy, and availability of seats.

Guidelines for MBA Admissions

  • Candidates must have qualified in TG ICET and meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by JNTUH.
  • Category-A seats are filled through centralized counseling conducted by the Convener, TG ICET.
  • Category-B seats are filled as per Government and University regulations.
  • Admission is based on TG ICET rank, counseling, and seat availability.

Fee and Cancellation Guidelines

  • Tuition fee shall be paid as prescribed by the Government of Telangana / JNTUH from time to time.
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable, except as per Government and University rules.
  • Cancellation of admission, if any, shall be governed by JNTUH and Government norms.

Important Note

  • Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee admission.
  • The college reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage if the candidate is found ineligible or fails to comply with University regulations.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

Guidelines for DIPLOMA Admissions

  • Admission is strictly based on Government and SBTET norms.
  • All admissions are provisional until approved by the competent authority.
  • Candidates must submit original certificates for verification.
  • Submission of false information will lead to cancellation of admission.
  • Fee once paid is refundable only as per Government rules.
  • Students must adhere to college rules and regulations after admission.
