Admission Procedure

B.Tech Admission Procedure

Admission to the B.Tech programmes at Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA) is carried out as per the guidelines of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) and the Government of Telangana.

Procedure

  1. Candidates must appear for TG EAPCET conducted by the Government of Telangana.
  2. Qualified candidates should attend centralized counseling conducted by the Convener, TG EAPCET.
  3. Seats are allotted based on rank, reservation policy, and availability of seats.
  4. Candidates allotted KCEA must report to the college within the stipulated time for certificate verification and admission confirmation.
  5. Admissions are made under Category-A (Convener Quota) and Category-B (Management Quota) as per Government and JNTUH norms.
  6. Admitted students shall be governed by the applicable JNTUH academic regulations.

MBA Admission Procedure

Admission to the MBA programme at Kshatriya College of Engineering (KCEA) is conducted in accordance with JNTUH and Government of Telangana regulations.

Procedure

  1. Candidates must appear for TG ICET conducted by the Government of Telangana.
  2. Qualified candidates should participate in centralized counseling conducted by the Convener, TG ICET.
  3. Seat allotment is done based on TG ICET rank, reservation norms, and availability of seats.
  4. Candidates allotted KCEA must report to the college for certificate verification and completion of admission formalities.
  5. Admissions are offered under Category-A (Convener Quota) and Category-B (Management Quota) as per prevailing norms.
  6. The admitted candidates shall be governed by the applicable JNTUH regulations  relevant to the academic year of admission.

DIPLOMA Admission Procedure

General Instructions

  1. Admission is provisional and subject to approval by JNTUH.
  2. Original certificates must be produced at the time of admission.
  3. Failure to submit required documents may result in cancellation of admission.
  4. Tuition fee shall be paid as prescribed by the Government of Telangana / JNTUH.
  5. Category-A (Convener Quota)

    1. Candidate must qualify in POLYCET.
    2. Participate in centralized web counseling conducted by the competent authority.
    3. Select KCEA and the preferred Diploma Programme during web options.
    4. Allotment will be made based on merit and reservation norms.
    5. Report to the college with original certificates for verification.
    6. Pay the prescribed fee and complete admission formalities.
