The Examination Office Desk Of Kshatriya College Of Engineering (KCEA) serves as the primary point of contact for students regarding all Examination related services and queries. The office functions in co-ordination with the JNTUH Examination Branch, ensuring smooth execution of examination processes as per University norms and academic regulations.

The office desk provides guidance and assistance to students in matters related to Internal Assessments, Semester End Examinations, Results and Post Examination services under JNTUH regulations.

With a student-centric approach, the Examination Office Desk is committed in delivering timely, accurate and transparent services, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to institutional and university guidelines.

  • Issue and verification of Hall Tickets
  • Acceptance and forwarding of JNTUH examination applications
  • Display and clarification of Internal Marks
  • Assistance for End Semester Examination schedules
  • Processing of Revaluation, Recounting and Supplementary Examination applications
  • Guidance for Grace Marks, Consolidated Marks Memos (CMM's), PC's
  • Guidance for Transcripts, Migration Certificates and Original Degree(OD)
  • Resolving examination related student grievances

Applicable Regulations

  • R18 – For eligible continuing batches
  • R22 – For current undergraduate batches
  • R25 – For newly admitted batches
