It is a privilege to serve as the Principal of this prestigious institution, which is firmly committed to excellence in technical education, research, and innovation. In alignment with our Vision and Mission, we strive to nurture technically competent, ethically strong, and socially responsible engineering graduates capable of meeting global and societal challenges.

At Kshatriya College of Engineering, we follow Outcome-Based Education (OBE) practices to ensure effective and measurable learning outcomes. Our academic framework emphasizes Project-Based Learning and Problem-Based Learning, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering problems, enhance critical thinking, and develop innovative solutions. These pedagogical approaches are systematically supported and monitored through the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in accordance with NAAC quality benchmarks.
We place strong emphasis on industry–academia interaction, internships, skill development, research activities, and innovation to bridge the gap between classroom learning and professional practice. Our experienced and dedicated faculty members mentor students to foster creativity, leadership qualities, teamwork, and lifelong learning.

Kshatriya College of Engineering

Prof. Katakam Srinivas is presently serving as the Principal of Kshatriya College of Engineering and brings with him over 25 years of rich teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several key academic and administrative positions, making significant contributions to academic excellence, institutional development, and quality enhancement initiatives.

He obtained his B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, followed by an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. He was awarded a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and has been duly ratified as Professor by JNTUH.

Beyond academics and administration, Prof. Katakam Srinivas is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, motivational mentor, prolific author, publisher, and organizer of technical events. He has authored and published several books, research papers, and technical reports, and holds five patents to his credit. One of his notable research contributions includes the proposal of a novel result-merging technique in Meta Search Engines. He has published nearly 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences.

A dynamic academic leader, he has successfully organized and conducted numerous seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs, mentoring over 10,000 students in their academic and professional growth. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Structures, Search Engines, and Data Science.
